Since receiving my Home Inspection License,

I have done hundreds of house inspections throughout New Jersey as far north as Sussex County to Cape May County in the south.

I inspect homes of all types and sizes and of all ages from new construction to historical, old homes. I have inspected many 100+ year old homes which are harder to inspect due to older building methods and materials such as "true lumber" and knob and tube wiring.

I have been an independent contractor for over a decade working on residential homes with a wide variety of skills and expertise. Those skills and expertise enhance my ability to perform a thorough and accurate home inspection.
